  • Winter (December 2 – April 19) from  $1400 / week
  • Spring (April 20 – June 17) from $770
  • Summer (June 18 – August 31)  from $1000 / week
  • Fall (September 1 – December 1) from $700 / week
  • Holiday Rates from $1500 / week plus electricity
  • Please contact us for discounts for stays longer than 10 days and long term rental
  • Rates do not include electricity, cleaning fee, or 19% Honduran Sales Tax
  • If energy aware and use A/C only at night, electricity should cost around $5-10/day
  • Refundable Security Deposit required
  • A $10 per person conservation fee will be added to the rate
